Do I need Planning Permission for an Extention?
If it is to be attached to an existing house, up to 40m2 is exempt from planning, provided that there is 25m2 of free space is left in your garden.
If it is to be a free standing building eg. Mbuild garden pod, up to 25m2 is exempt from planning.

Are Groundworks and Breakout costs included?
Groundwork and break out costs are not included in your quote, however after the initial site visit, we can advise you on the additional costs.
